Finally I did a full Bodypump class on my own. Two turned up on a beautiful Sunday morning. Looking at em huffing and puffing through their squats gave me satisfaction. Seeing em smile during the cooldown? Priceless.

After the class around the weights area, a lady in her 50s commented about how well-developed my shoulders and chest were. She told me to wear more tanks so I could flaunt them. I was, to say the least, a tad bit embarrassed. Perhaps I'll do it for this Friday's class. =)
